I recently underwent breast surgery under the care of Mr Kothari. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Mr Kothari is an amazing surgeon and a very caring doctor. I would definitely recommend him. Also, the whole of his team including Mr Bashorun and Michelle, a breast care nurse, were wonderful. Thank you so much.

Mr Kothari was amazing, he has a calm manner and he listened/discussed all aspects of my surgery. He was very clear on the recovery process and provided me with all the information I needed. The breast care nurses at Ashford were also amazing. I would highly recommend this surgeon.

I am currently being treated by Dr Kothari for breast cancer and his patience and professionalism has made what is a difficult situation all the more bearable...not only throughout the consultations where I have not felt hurried and my tears were dealt with much compassion.
I felt confident that as a surgeon he would do his very best for me and I’ve not been disappointed.

Mr Kothari was kind and understanding. He listened to my concerns and explained in detail what my surgery ( wire-guided, wide local excision ) would entail.
I was amazed at the post-surgery results - a barely noticeable scar. I could not have hoped for better treatment. Absolutely delighted and grateful to Mr Kothari and his team.

I would totally recommend Mr Kothari on all aspects of treatment. From my first consultation he listened to me and was very empathetic. He has a wonderful relaxing manner and explained everything about my condition and what the next steps were going to be.
I had surgery twice, both performed by Mr Kothari and knew exactly what was going to happen. I had a nipple excision and the results are amazing. You wouldn't notice immediately that anything had been done at all.
The whole experience from diagnosis to my final consultation was faultless and Mr Kothari knows everything that has occurred even when the treatment was not part of his surgery. eg: radiotherapy.
I had total trust in his advice and ability.

Mr Kothari is a UK trained oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgeon specialising in the treatment of breast problems. He has undertaken extensive clinical research in the subject of breast cancer and published his thesis for an MD degree from the University of London. He underwent higher surgical training in the North West Thames deanery and has received oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery training at The Royal Marsden, Charing Cross and St Mary's Hospitals in London.
